ACF generates a structured Submission File
All technical context consolidated, cryptographically signed (Ed25519 audit trail). The client picks their firm (or ACF routes per specialties).
You handle the case as usual
Conflict check, fee agreement, execution, delivery. Per your fee schedule, your methodology, your deontology. ACF does not intervene.
The economic model
ACF publishes a platform (Lawyer Console + Submission File standardisation). The technical terms of access to this tool are discussed bilaterally after an initial mutual qualification. They depend on firm size, estimated case volume, and partnership nature. We do not publish a price list, in order to respect premium legal industry standards and allow a discussion tailored to each structure.
Non-negotiable principle
ACF never touches a cent of your legal fees. You bill your clients directly, per your schedule and analysis. Bar Association rules 11.3 and 11.4 compliance guaranteed.
Profiles we're looking for
- French or European firm specialised in digital law, AI, personal data
- At least one partner or associate with documented experience on EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 or DORA
- Capacity to handle at least 2 cases per month on average
- Active CARPA account (or equivalent in your jurisdiction)
- Commitment to response SLAs for conflict check (depending on your scale)
