1. Plans and pricing
Available plans (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Concierge, Partner) are described on the Pricing page. Prices are in Euros, excluding taxes. Applicable VAT is added to the invoice based on the client's billing country.
2. Billing
Monthly subscription is charged on the anniversary date of subscription. Annual subscription is charged once at the beginning of the period. Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. Invoices are available in the Billing area.
3. Duration and commitment
Monthly subscription has no commitment and can be canceled anytime effective at end of paid period. Annual subscription is committed for 12 months with -2 months free. Renewal is non-automatic: the user receives notification 30 days before due date.
4. Withdrawal right
In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer (natural person) has 14 days to withdraw. This right does not apply to professionals (B2B purchases), per article L. 221-3.
5. Refund
Monthly subscriptions are commitment-free: cancel anytime from the Billing area, the service stops at the end of the current monthly period. No refund is due on consumed periods (B2B, in accordance with French Consumer Code article L. 221-3 which excludes withdrawal rights for professionals). A pro-rata refund remains possible only if a major documented ACF bug is acknowledged by our technical team after ticket review.
6. Plan modification
The user can upgrade anytime with pro-rata billing. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period.
7. Termination
Termination is done from the Billing area. Client data remains accessible for 30 days after termination, then deleted or anonymized, except legal retention obligations.
8. Data export
The client can export all their data (AI systems, documents, audit trail) in CSV/JSON format from the Settings area before termination.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the Paris Judicial Court.
